ViaWest Picks Up PHX Industrial for $60M

Phoenix-based ViaWest Properties LLC and a JV partner acquired 10 Chandler, a 553,317-square-foot industrial park in Chandler, AZ for $60 million. The nine-building project was sold by North 54th Street Venture LLC, a JV between Denver-based EverWest Real Estate Partners LLC and Los Angeles, CA-based American Realty Advisors.

The 37-acre property at 54th and Galveston streets, is 91% occupied. It was developed in 2008 by a Lincoln Property Co. venture. The multi-tenant park’s buildings range in size from 36,095 square feet to 90,235 square feet, and are located at 450-590 N. 54th St.

CBRE’s Darla Longo and Jackie Orcutt handled the transaction. The buyer, Chandler LL, LLC, is a JV formed by ViaWest and New York-based Investcorp International Inc., which purchased the property with a $43.8 million loan from New York Life Insurance Co.
