ViaWest Converting Chandler Offices to Medical Campus
ViaWest Group added HonorHealth as a major new tenant at Chandler Integrated Care Campus, a Class A medical office conversion project underway by the company at 2700 W. Frye Rd. in Chandler, Arizona.
HonorHealth will lease 50,000 square feet at Chandler Integrated Care Campus. This joins existing building tenant CVS Health, which leases 67,000 square feet. The building has approximately 70,000 square feet of space available for lease and is ready to accommodate medical office uses.
ViaWest purchased the 187,000-square-foot office building in December 2024. The company plans to invest $24 million to convert the project from traditional office space to a medical campus with upgraded common areas, an on-site gym, a physicians’ lounge and a grab-and-go food service option.
