A joint venture between ViaWest and Barings has acquired Deer Valley Innovation Park with plans to redevelop the property into ReDiscover Logistics Park, a Class A project totaling 808,000 square feet.

The 43.5-acre parcel, located just off the interchange of Interstate 17 and Loop 101 in North Phoenix, currently includes a 345,000-square-foot former call center building, which will be demolished to make way for the industrial park. Built in 1988 and renovated in 2020, the owners added new amenities, including a fitness center, cafeteria, kitchen, break area, chiller room, and training room.

ReDiscover will deliver flexible layouts, ample truck and trailer parking, catering to a wide range of industrial users.

CBRE’s Cooper Fratt, John Werstler, Tanner Ferrandi and Connie Nelson represented ViaWest Group and Barings as well as the seller, Verde Investments, in the transaction.
