One Five One West 42nd Street in Mnahattan's Times Square is now 97% leased after CTC took two full floors

Vevo Goes Direct, NCC Expands at Durst’s One Five One

Music video and entertainment platform Vevo LLC has signed a five-year direct lease for 37,768 square feet on the 25th floor of the Durst Organization’s One Five One W. 42nd Street.  Vevo has sub-leased the floor from law firm Skadden Arps for the past seven years.

Additionally, National Cable Communications, which committed earlier this year to 65,000 square feet spanning the entire 11th floor and part of the 12th, has signed an 11-year co-terminus lease for 16,724 square feet, the balance of the 12th floor. The new deal brings NCC’s total footprint to 82,442 square feet.

Vevo was represented by NKF’s David Berke and Jonathan Ortiz, while Savills’ Erik Schmall and Scott Weiss advised NCC. The Durst Organization was represented in-house by Tom Bow, Rocco Romeo and Tanya Grimaldo.
The deals continue the leasing momentum at One Five One, which recently signed Nasdaq to an additional 32,512 square feet.
