Veterans of Morgan Stanley, Dune Real Estate Launch Private Investment Platform

Industry veterans Kev Zoryan and Aaron Greeno have joined together to form Arselle Investments, a private real estate investment platform headquartered in Los Angeles. Previously, they held real estate leadership roles at Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing and Dune Real Estate Partners.

Arselle will leverage the founders’ combined expertise of nearly five decades of diversified real estate investment experience that spans more than $15 billion of transactions and 52 million square feet. The platform will focus on creating differentiated access to real estate investment opportunities for investors through select product-focused, vertically integrated operating platforms to generate proprietary deal flow. It will focus on solving problems that result from the demographic challenges facing many real estate companies today.

“Current real estate market conditions are being exacerbated by rapidly changing technology and professional demographics, and compelling investment opportunities are emerging across various geographies and real estate asset classes,” said Arselle founder and managing partner Zoryan.
