Veteran Retail Brokers Breen, Borman Join Highland

El Segundo-based Highland Partners added a pair of commercial real estate veterans to its team. Senior retail brokers Tom Breen and Michael Borman joined from Epsteen & Associates.

Breen brings 20 years of retail real estate sector experience, having negotiated more than 1,000 deals during his career with a transaction value exceeding $3 billion. He brings invaluable experience in the areas of both tenant and landlord representation, as well as a client roster that includes Starbucks Coffee, Amazon, The Habit Burger, Ross Dress for Less, and dd’s DISCOUNTS, to name a few.

Borman brings 16 years of experience, having negotiated more than 700 deals with a transaction value exceeding $2 billion. He has extensive knowledge in the areas of tenant and landlord representation and an in-depth understanding of the SoCal retail landscape. He has represented clients such as Ross Dress for Less, dd’s DISCOUNTS, ALDI Food Market, ULTA Beauty, Amazon, and AT&T, among others.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis is a communications leader with more than 40 years of experience including as a journalist and in corporate and agency marketing communications roles.
