Veteran Retail Broker Leaves CBRE for Kidder Mathews’ Bellevue Office

Kidder Mathews expanded its team with the addition of Scott Blankenship, who joins its Bellevue office as a senior vice president, where he will specialize in retail leasing and investment sales. Blankenship brings 29 years of commercial real estate industry experience, and most recently served at CBRE.

Throughout his career, Blankenship has been involved in excess of 600 transactions valued at more than $800 million in total consideration. Clients he has represented include Albertsons/Safeway, Regency Centers, Tarragon, LLC, and US Realty Partners, Inc.

Kidder Mathews Northwest’s Brian Hatcher says, “Kidder Mathews is excited to have someone of Scott’s quality join us and our retail team. Scott has been a top producer for years, and is well liked in the CRE community.”

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative.
