Veteran Broker Petch Gibbons Joins Coakley Realty

Petch Gibbons has joined Rory S. Coakley Realty, a full-service residential and commercial real estate company. Gibbons brings with him a 30-year track record of success, having represented over 3.5 million square feet of commercial space for owners and tenants, including landmark properties like the Washington Harbour and the Warner Theater Office Building.

Throughout his career, Gibbons has held leadership roles in various commercial real estate companies in D.C., including serving as president and CEO. His addition to Coakley Realty expands the firm’s commercial real estate sales and leasing services and reinforces its full-service approach to property management, development, appraisals, and tax appeal solutions in Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia.

“I am highly motivated by my understanding of the D.C. market, coupled with the breadth of commercial real estate solutions Coakley Realty provides, and the exceptional returns we will generate for clients,” said Gibbons.
