Veteran Broker Chris Brodhead Joins Ariel Property Advisors
Christoffer Brodhead, an experienced investment sales professional, has joined Ariel Property Advisors as a partner and managing director in the firm’s Investment Sales Group.
Brodhead, who has over two decades of experience, will continue to serve clients in the Midtown West section of Manhattan, where he has sold over 120 buildings valued at approximately $1 billion. His notable transactions include the $36.5 million sale of an industrial property at 624-36 West 47th Street, the $32.3 million sale of a mixed-use property at 885 10th Avenue, and the $22.5 million sale of a development site at 500 West 14th Street.
