Veteran Agency Leasing Broker Joins CushWake

Cushman & Wakefield announced that Josh Bernstein joined the firm as a Managing Director. An industry veteran with more than 13 years of brokerage experience, Bernstein specializes in landlord representation across the Westside with a specific focus in Hollywood, Miracle Mile, Culver City, Playa Vista, and Beverly Hills.

He will be based in Cushman & Wakefield’s Century City office, and joins from First Property Realty Corporation. Earlier in his CRE career, he served at Cassidy Turley in San Diego.

Bernstein has completed more than two million square feet of leases over the past few years, and was involved in leasing many of the Westside’s most prominent creative office projects, including Hollywood 959, 1601 Vine, 5757 Wilshire (SAG-AFTRA Plaza), Workscapes at Hayden Tract, The Bluffs at Playa Vista, and Playa Court Campus. The deals he’s handled also include WeWork’s 115,000-square-foot deal; Beats By Dre’s 110,000-square-footer; and Deluxe’s 50,000-square-foot transaction.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
