Vestiare Collective Moves NYC Offices to Sunset Park
Madison Capital and Salmar Properties have closed a 21,027-square foot lease on the third floor of Liberty Bklyn at 850 3rd Ave. in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, with new tenant Vestiaire Collective, a global luxury secondhand platform. The brand is moving from the Starrett Lehigh Building in Manhattan, where it occupies approximately 9,000 square feet.
“As Vestiaire Collective seeks to build a more sustainable fashion industry, we look forward to helping enable their North American growth,” said Jonathan Ratner, managing director, Madison Capital.
Vestiaire Collective was represented by CBRE’s Marilynn Joyner and Eric Deutsch. Liberty Bklyn was represented by Pinnacle Realty’s David Junik, Nechama Liberow, Steve Nadel and Mark Caso.
