Vestar Tapped to Manage Canoga Park Retail Center

Vestar, a privately held owner and operator of open-air shopping centers in the western U.S., announced its newest property management assignment: Warner Marketplace. The fully leased 160,000+ square-foot retail center is located at 21301 Victory Blvd. in Canoga Park and features a tenant lineup with national brands such as Ashley Furniture, BevMo!, ULTA, DSW, PetSmart and Carter’s.

“We are excited to add Warner Marketplace to our growing California portfolio,” said Patrick McGinley, president of management services at Vestar. “This asset is located in a vibrant trade area and includes a strong tenant mix that attracts steady consumer traffic. We look forward to applying our full scope of management services to enhance long-term value and performance for both the ownership and tenants.”

The center benefits from its proximity to several affluent residential communities, including Woodland Hills and Calabasas, along with significant daily traffic from surrounding commercial and lifestyle developments.
