Vestar's Vineyard Towne Center in Queen Creek 85% leased

Vestar Snags Major Tenants for Still-to-be-Completed Phoenix Shopping Center

Target and Sprouts have signed leases at Vestar’s newest retail development in Queen Creek called Vineyard Towne Center. The center is already 85% leased and its first phase is still months from completion. Vineyard Towne Center will total more than 260,000 square feet. It’s at the corner of Genteel and Combs Roads. Target will occupy a 147,000 square foot building. Sprouts is taking over a 23,000 square foot space.

The first phase of the project, which includes Sprouts, totals about 88,000 square feet and is slated for an opening date this summer. The second phase, including Target, will total 172,000 square feet and is expected to be completed by April of 2025. 

Vestar owns, operates and develops major retail and shopping centers across the greater Phoenix area including the Queen Creek Marketplace and Desert Ridge Marketplace.
