Verve Talent Agency Signs 53K-SF Headquarters Lease in Hollywood

Verve Talent & Literary Agency will relocate its global headquarters to Lincoln Property Company’s BA/SE, a Class A creative office campus in the Hollywood Media District. The 53,000-square-foot deal represents one of LA’s largest office leases year to date.

Lincoln acquired the campus in late 2020 from the J.H. Snyder portfolio following the passing of prolific Los Angeles-based developer Jerry Snyder. At the time of purchase, the property’s occupancy had fallen to 50%. Since then, Lincoln has executed extensive exterior upgrades.

“Given its prime location in the heart of Hollywood and its creative campus environment, we saw this as an opportunistic investment with tremendous upside as the market recovers,” said Rob Kane, EVP of Lincoln’s Southern California operations and head of the company’s Global Corporate Solutions Group.

Verve was represented by Jeff Pion of CBRE. BA/SE was represented by Kent Handleman and Douglas Brown of Lincoln Property Company.
