Vertical Ventures Snags 15-Building San Diego Business Park
Cushman & Wakefield has advised the sale of Rose Canyon Business Park, a 15-building, 233,000-square-foot, multi-tenant industrial park in San Diego. San Francisco-based Vertical Ventures acquired the 99.5%-leased asset for an undisclosed amount.
Jeff Chiate, Bryce Aberg, Jeff Cole, Rick Ellison, Mike Adey and Zach Harman of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller while the firm’s Brant Aberg provided leasing expertise.
“Rose Canyon Business Park is located in one of San Diego’s most sought-after industrial submarkets,” said Bryce Aberg. “The Rose Canyon submarket offers a strategic location that is central to the county’s various residential communities, San Diego International Airport, the Port of San Diego and the extensive amenity base San Diego has to offer.”
Situated on over 38 acres, Rose Canyon Business Park consists of single- and two-story buildings on Morena Boulevard. The property was originally constructed in the 1970’s and 1980’s, but was renovated in the early 2000’s.
