Vertical Construction Complete at Beacon’s Denver MXU

Beacon Capital Partners and Elevation Development Group completed vertical construction at The Hub, a 275,000-square-foot, mixed-use development in the heart of Denver’s River North Art District. The Gensler-designed property at 3601 Walnut St. includes 250,000 square feet of office space, plus 25,000 square feet of retail.

HomeAdvisor has already signed a 70,000-square-foot lease to house several hundred employees at its new headquarters. The development is scheduled for delivery Q4 2018.

Beacon Capital Partners’ McClure Kelly says, “Creative companies demand distinctive space, and that’s what The Hub provides. Innovation and imagination are the driving forces behind RiNo’s transformation into a world-class center of artistry and tech.”

The project features open floor plates, unique building materials, 14-foot ceilings, a garden terrace and oversized windows that afford expansive mountain views and abundant natural light. The building also includes an 185,000-square-foot parking garage, along with electric car-charging stations and secure bike storage.
