Vertech Inks Lease at Braker Pointe II
Vertech Industrial Systems recently signed a lease for 2,007 square feet at Braker Pointe II at 10801 N. Mopac Expressway in Austin. Located adjacent to The Domain at the intersection of Braker Lane and Mopac, Braker Pointe I and II offer tenants numerous restaurant, hospitality and entertainment options as well as access to all of Austin via Mopac, Loop 360 and US-183. The two buildings total more than 180,000 square feet of class-A office space in the heart of the Northwest submarket.
Vertech Industrial Systems is a provider of industrial automation services. The firm designs and implements traditional automation systems, SCADA systems, MES solutions and OT networks for customers in virtually every industry including energy, water, food and beverage, manufacturing, baggage handling and mining.
