Versus Research Inks Deal for Expansion at Albuquerque’s CBRE Centre

Versus Research announced plans to expand space at its office at CBRE Centre in Albuquerque’s Uptown neighborhood. The company, which provides modeling and simulation architecture, tactical systems development and testing and strategic systems engineering, will expand to 27,000 square feet at CBRE Centre, 6100 Uptown Blvd. N.E.

Versus currently operates out of 12,700 square feet on the building’s second floor. The new lease has the tenant taking the seventh floor, likely by the end of 2020.

Rob Powell CCIM with Resolut RE (formerly Retail Solutions) represented the tenant. Marguerite Haverly and Jason Lott with CBRE negotiated on behalf of the landlord, which is listed as Finomani LLC. Versus’ Hank Andrews told Albuquerque Business First that business expansion necessitated the increase of space.
