Versity Investments Acquires Multifamily near Walt Disney World Resort for $89M

Versity Investments, LLC, has acquired Astoria, a 306-unit multifamily property in Celebration, FL, for $89 million. The property was built in 2015.

According to Versity CEO Blake Wettengel, the property is the first multifamily asset for the company and is currently 97.1% leased. Astoria was offered as a 1031 exchange with Delaware Statutory Trust structure.
