Vero to Spend $29M on Scottsdale Office Rebrand, Redo

Vero Capital will re-brand and redevelop Kierland I & II, a two-building office campus totaling 410,000 square feet in Scottsdale.

To be renamed Inisio at Kierland, the property overhaul includes a $29 million capital program. Located at 16430 North Scottsdale Road and 16260 North 71st Street, the property is set to kick off construction with planned completion in Q3 2024.  Vero paid just over $100 million for the two buildings in two separate transactions.

The revamp will include accessible workspaces, a training center, shared conferencing, flexible huddle rooms, focus booths, a working library, and billiards break room. Health-focused amenities will be added such as a state-of-the-art, 6,000-square-foot wellness center that will include thermal saunas, flex & recovery spaces, massage therapy, spa-inspired private showers & changing rooms, pickleball courts, and an outdoor fitness yard.

Leading the leasing at Inisio is Stream’s John Bonnell.
