Vero Sade to Break Ground on Rosenberg Rental Community

Vero Sade expects to start work on a 310-unit multifamily community in Rosenberg, southwest of Houston. The project will be near the intersection of Interstate 69 and Fairgrounds Road, across from the Fort Bend EpiCenter, a recently built 8,500-seat arena (photo). Vero Sade hopes to deliver the units in the first quarter of 2026.

The five-building community will include a 6,000-square-foot clubhouse, an approximately 1,000-square-foot fitness center, a resort-inspired pool and other outdoor recreation areas. Houston-based W Partnership is the project architect, and IBC Bank is providing construction financing.

Outside of Houston, Vero Sade’s current portfolio includes 3700M, a newly renovated, 381-unit high-rise in Uptown Dallas, and two newly developed garden-style apartments in the San Antonio metro: Us 1604 and Us Cibolo.

The Houston Business Journal reports that Vero Sade plans to build 4,500 units in the Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio metro areas.
