Construction is underway on two multifamily project in San Antonio. Vero Sade has started work on the Bulverde Oaks community at 4710 N. Loop 1614 and Cibolo at FM 1103. Both projects are expected to start accepting tenants by mid-2024. Bulverde Oaks will be a 444-unit garden-style project while Cibolo Commons will be a 288-unit mid-rise. Both Bulverde Oaks and Cibolo will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans, and residences will average just under 1,000 square feet. Ground-level homes will feature walk-out terraces with a patio and fenced yard space, while those on floors two and above will have balconies.

Upon completion, the Bulverde Oaks and Cibolo properties will feature a 12,000-square-foot club facility with entertainment space, an elevated café, resort-style pool with cabanas, and an indoor/outdoor fitness facility. 

“The high levels of in-migration have set the stage for Vero Sade to introduce its elevated residential concept to this booming area,” said founder Yoni Sade.
