Vero Sade Bringing “Club Living” Concept to Houston
A familiar, four-story residential building near Allen Parkway has undergone a major reboot and refresh, with a new approach to community living. Vero Sade calls itself a lifestyle development firm. They bought the 404-unit City Vista complex and redid it utilizing their “club living” concept, and now call it Us Bayou Park.
Vero Sade promotes what it dubs “engagement pillars”: social, wellness, food and beverage, growth, and giving back. It identifies personalities in the area who have a flair for cooking, mixing drinks or fitness and invite them to the property to do what they do. A 10,000-square-foot communal space is meant to be the Us Bayou Park hub. It will include guest speakers, cocktail tastings, volunteer activities, and more. The complex has a fitness center, two pools and outdoor kitchens. It also has co-working spaces, business center and a billiard room. Greystar will operate the community, which is currently 80 percent leased.
