Vero Beach Office Building Trades for $4M

Coldwell Banker Commercial has arranged the $4.1 million sale of an office building located at 601 21st St. in Vero Beach, FL.

Built in 1980, the property is a four-story building consisting of 32,000 square feet and situated on more than two acres of land. The property is currently occupied by Bank of America, BGE Inc. and Regus.

Keith Kite and Kollin Kite of Coldwell Banker Commercial Paradise represented the seller, Lichtenberg Group of Delaware, in the transaction. The Coldwell Banker Commercial team were the exclusive leasing agents for the property prior to the disposition and will be retained by the new owner, Ryan Scarpa, as the exclusive property managers and leasing agents by the buyer.
