Vermilion Tops Off Wicker Park Condos

Construction has topped off at Vermilion Development’s Alcove Wicker Park, a new 43-unit luxury condominium building set to deliver this fall. Alcove Wicker Park also features 12 new-construction townhomes.

Construction workers hoisted the final steel beam into place on Alcove’s penthouse floor in mid-June. Masonry work is proceeding on the building’s lower floors, and the first condo buyers are scheduled to take possession in early October.

The first townhome residences at Alcove will deliver in late November. @properties Developer Services is marketing all units.

Located between Division Street, Paulina Street, and Milwaukee Avenue in the North Side’s Wicker Park neighborhood, “Alcove Wicker Park answers the renewed call among city homebuyers for larger living space and access to private outdoor areas,” said Kerry Dickson, director of residential real estate at Vermilion. “Flex space in particular has become an absolute necessity as today’s buyers are prioritizing home offices, playrooms, and fitness areas.”
