Vermilion Brings Townhomes to Market in Wicker Park

Chicago-based Vermilion Development and its exclusive sales and marketing firm, @properties Development Group, have made a selection of luxury townhomes available at Alcove Wicker Park, a new community between Division Street, Paulina Street, and Milwaukee Avenue in the North Side neighborhood of Wicker Park.

Located at 1648 W. Division St. in a private, off-the-street location, the four-story townhomes feature 2,895 to 3,475 square feet, four bedrooms, three full baths, a half bath, an attached two-car garage, an indoor-outdoor top floor penthouse, and private outdoor space on three levels.  Prices start at $1,130,000.

“Alcove Wicker Park’s townhomes appeal to city homebuyers on the hunt for spacious, maintenance-free living in a vibrant location,” said Kerry Dickson, managing director at Vermilion Development. “The community feels tucked away and private but is also within steps of all the conveniences of city life – restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and stores.”
