Veritiv Leases Escondido’s Largest Industrial Building
Pennsylvania-based Exeter Property Group and La Jolla, CA-based Badiee Development signed Veritiv as the single tenant for the Exeter Industrial Park in Escondido, CA. The 212,088-square-foot property is poised to be the largest industrial distribution building ever constructed in Escondido.
Construction of the Exeter Industrial Park is currently underway at 1925 and 2005 Harmony Grove Rd. and Veritiv is expected to begin occupying the building in summer 2018. The Atlanta-based company is a North American business-to-business distributor of packaging, facility solutions, print and publishing products and services as well as logistics and supply chain management solutions.
In August 2017, Exeter Property Group purchased the 10.9-acre development site, which was originally slated for the construction of the Escondido Victory Industrial Park and Escondido Innovation Center projects, from Badiee Development.
