Verbal Beginnings Signs 17K-SF Lease in Frederick

Verbal Beginnings, a Maryland-based company offering applied behavior analysis therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder, has signed a lease for a 17,040-square-foot space at Arcadia Business Park in Frederick, Maryland.  

Located at 4714 Arcadia Drive, Verbal Beginnings will occupy a single-story building containing 32,040 square feet of flex/R&D space. The company, which provides tailored therapy services for children aged 2 to 18, will open its sixth location within the business park. The new facility, set to open in Q1 2024, will house approximately 80 employees, mostly clinical technicians.  

The business community currently features four single-story flex/R&D buildings totaling approximately 160,000 square feet of space and two high-bay warehouse buildings comprising about 240,000 square feet. Danny Foit of St. John Properties represented the landlord and Dan Kleuger of The Tenant Agency represented Verbal Beginnings.
