Vera Wang, Frato Lease 31KSF at 500 Park Ave 

Renowned fashion designer Vera Wang has signed a 26,708-square-foot office lease at 500 Park Ave in Plaza District. The American fashion design house, known for its elegant wedding dress and haute couture collections, will occupy the 5th and part of the 7th floors.  

Additionally, luxury interiors brand Frato has leased 4,641 square feet of ground-floor retail space for its first NYC store. The property, a combination of the former Pepsi-Cola Building and the 500 Park Tower, offers office spaces and luxury condos.  

JLL’s Cynthia Wasserberger, Frank Doyle, and Michael Pallas represented 500 Park’s ownership in the lease with Vera Wang. The tenant was represented by Jeff Peck, Daniel Horowitz and Christopher Foerch of Savills. Frato was represented by Peter Weisman of Sinvin Real Estate. Gene Spiegelman of Ripco, and Michael Azarian and James Ariola of Cushman & Wakefield, serve as agents for the property’s retail space.
