Venture X Breaks Ground on First NJ Co-working Location

Shared workspace brand Venture X recently broke ground on its first New Jersey location, with construction supervised by Mack-Cali Realty Corp. The 15,000-square-foot co-working facility will be located at Mack-Cali’s 8 Campus Dr., Arbor Circle South, in Parsippany.

“We are thrilled to make progress with this new facility in Parsippany,” said Mahender Gorrai, owner of Venture X Parsippany-8 Campus Drive. “The building will fill a definite need for co-working space in a quickly growing area, as well as provide a unique work environment and networking opportunities to remote workers, freelancers and small businesses.”

Wayne Kasbar, managing director with Colliers International, brokered the deal. Venture X selected the location for its accessibility and convenience for co-workers commuting from around New Jersey, as well as from New York and Pennsylvania.

Headquartered in West Palm Beach, FL, Venture X currently has more than 100 locations.
