Venture One Closes on Romeoville Acquisition

Venture One Real Estate closed on the acquisition of a 16,744-square-foot industrial building at 1343 Lakeside Dr. in Romeoville, IL. The purchase of the single-tenant property for an undisclosed sum was made through Venture One’s acquisition fund, VK Industrial V, LP, a partnership between Venture One and Kovitz Investment Group.

The building was constructed in 1999 and sits on one acre. It features 22’ clear height, two exterior docks, two drive-in doors and parking for 20 cars. Venture One secured the tenant prior to closing on the building vacant.

Mike Antonelli of Brown Commercial Group represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. CBRE’s Traci Payette and Rowan McDonnell represented Ultimate Rental Services for the lease.
