The company bought The Shire at CityLine, an 83,256 square foot retail and office property. The 85% leased development has a tenant mix that includes Republic Title, Shire Pediatrics, Sweeney Eye Associates, Anaya’s Seafood and more. The center was built in 2006 and has 414 dedicated parking spots. JLL represented the seller, Standridge Companies.

The center is situated on 6.22 acres in the Dallas suburb of Richardson. The town’s population has gone up 14% since the 2010 census. The property is adjacent to the CityLine Development, a $1.5 billion master-planned community near the intersection of Central Expressway and President George Bush Turnpike. CityLine is home to 11,000 employees and 2,000 multifamily units.
