Venture Fund Will Open NYC Office at 183 Madison

Venture fund Alumni Ventures Group has signed a lease at APF Properties’ 183 Madison Ave. in Midtown South. NKF’s Andrew Sachs, Tim Gibson, Josh Gosin, Brittany Reisman and Morgan Feldman represented APF. Jason Frazier of CBRE advised the tenant.

Alumni Ventures Group, whose funds are designed for individual investors, will open its first-ever New York City office in the space. The firm has signed a long-term lease for 11,006 square feet on the 18th floor.

“Leasing activity has accelerated in recent months at 183 Madison, a testament to the quality of the office space and the unique building attributes,” said Sachs. “We believe Alumni Ventures Group will continue on its path to growth and success at this well-located asset.”

In 2019, NKF and APF Properties leased 75,954 square feet of space at 183 Madison to tenants including Learfield, Divergent, Integral Renovation and Ajour USA.
