Venture Collective Loeb Enterprises Renews Lease for Fifth Avenue Offices

Loeb Enterprises, a venture collective and entrepreneurial hub, signed an 18,056-square-foot lease renewal at 712 Fifth Ave. Founded in 2006 by Michael Loeb and Rich Vogel in 2006, the firm shepherds promising companies on their evolution from start-ups to mature businesses, will continue to house its corporate headquarters on part of the sixth and the entire seventh floors of the 52-story office property

CBRE’s Anthony Dattoma represented Loeb Enterprises in the direct negotiations with the building ownership, Paramount Group.

“Loeb Enterprises has been a longstanding and trusted client over the past decade — this is CBRE’s third transaction on their behalf at 712 Fifth Ave.,” said Dattoma. “Their operations are critical to supporting the growth of novel, innovative, and fast-growing companies.”

In addition to their direct portfolio, the Loeb Enterprises team founded Uncharted, a community of founders, funders, innovators, and other members of the entrepreneurial ecosystem created to exchange ideas, meet, and share learnings.
