Venterra Realty Snags Atlanta MF Portfolio for $133M

Toronto-based real estate company Venterra Realty has acquired a two-property multifamily portfolio in Atlanta totaling 814 units for $133 million.

The portfolio consists of The Whitney at Sandy Springs, a 309-unit community and The Harrison, a 505-unit community. Both properties are located in Atlanta’s Sandy Springs submarket. Both complexes were recently renovated and upgraded and consists of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. Amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, spa, playground, BBQ area and fitness center.

Jonathan Brody and Elliot Haft of Rosewood Realty represented Venterra Realty in the transaction. The seller was not disclosed.
