Venterra Realty Snags 372-Unit Apartment Community in Duluth

Venterra Realty has acquired The Maddox Apartments, a 372-unit apartment property in Duluth. The sales price and seller were not disclosed.

Located at 4370 Satellite Road, the garden-style property was built in 2007 and is approximately 20 miles northeast of downtown Atlanta. The property features a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging in size from 946 square feet to 1422 square feet. Rents start at $1275 per month. Amenities at the community include a saltwater swimming pool, 24-Hour fitness center, playground and on-site dog park.

“We are excited to add another community in the greater Atlanta region, especially in Duluth, which adds an upward trending submarket to our Georgia portfolio,” said Ash Thakore, Asset Manager at Venterra Realty. “Duluth is the proverbial sweet spot; close enough for residents to commute into Atlanta, yet far enough away to provide a charismatic, suburban lifestyle. The property itself provides larger-than-average and unique floorplans which are a key attraction for current and future residents.”
