Venterra Ends 10-Year Hold on Champions Woods Apartments

Venterra Realty Inc., headquartered in Toronto and Houston, ended its decade-long hold on Champions Woods Apartments, selling the 186-unit property in northwest Houston to Haven Realty Capital. The sales price for the 30-year property at 6830 Champions Plaza Dr. was not disclosed.

Bob Heard, Chip Nash and Greg Austin with JLL marketed the property on behalf of the seller, and also represented Venterra Realty in negotiations with the buyer. James Brolan, also with JLL, led the debt placement team to secure a 10-year, floating rate Fannie Mae loan for the buyer. The loan will be serviced by Jones Lang LaSalle Multifamily LLC.

Champions Woods Apartments has one-and two-bedroom units. Community amenities include a swimming pool and waterfall spa, business center and clubhouse and fitness center.
