Venterra Adds Sixth Multifamily Complex in San Antonio

Venterra Realty recently acquired Park on Wurzbach Apartments in San Antonio. The acquisition of the property is Houston-based Venterra’s sixth in the market.

Park on Wurzbach is a Class A, garden-style property built in 2019, with 264 apartments spread over 14 acres. Located at 4707 Wurzbach Rd., the property’s access to nearby I-410 and proximity to the Westover Hills area makes it a prime residential location for employees of most of the city’s major employers, such as the medical center, USAA, JPMorgan, and Citicorp, said Venterra.

Venterra CEO John Foresi said, “Park on Wurzbach offers a new, expertly-built property in a prime location. We were able to acquire the property on an off-market basis directly from the original developer in part due to our reputation.”
Locally, the company also owns Carlyle Place Apartments, French Place, The Palazzo, Ventana and Westover Oaks.
