Ventas Inks Deals at Glendale’s Thunderbird Paseo Medical

Ventas, Inc. signed two leases totaling 15,704 square feet at Thunderbird Paseo Medical I and II in Glendale. Banner Health took 13,049 square feet and Glendale Obstetrics and Gynecology claimed 2,655 square feet at the two-story medical office buildings at 5601 and 5605 W. Eugie on the campus of Banner Thunderbird Medical Center.

Thunderbird Paseo Medical is a nearly 100,000-square-foot MOB strategically located directly across from Banner Thunderbird Medical Center. The two-building site boasts a lush, connecting courtyard providing enjoyable outdoor areas for both patients and staff.

JLL’s Vicki Robinson and Pat Williams represented Banner; while The Plaza Companies’ Perry Gabuzzi represented Glendale Obstetrics and Gynecology. A Kidder Mathews healthcare team in Phoenix, led by Michael Dupuy and Rachael Thompson, represented the landlord.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis is a communications leader with more than 40 years of experience including as a journalist and in corporate and agency marketing communications roles. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
