Velocis, KBC Deliver 851K SF Spec Business Park

Velocis and its partner KBC Advisors have completed their two-building, 851,033-square foot Class-A infill spec industrial development inside the larger Mercantile Business Park in Fort Worth.

The development, which is being marketed as Mercantile Logistics Station, is less than two miles from Interstate-35W and Interstate-820 and adjacent to the Mercantile Center Station loading platform on the TEXRail commuter train line. It is one of the only Class-A industrial projects in Texas with direct connectivity and dedicated pedestrian access to a commuter/train station. KBC Advisors is marketing the development.

The two buildings total 459,805 and 391,228 square feet and are divisible to 200,000 and 150,000 square feet, respectively. Both feature 36-foot ceiling clear heights, 54-foot-by-54-foot column spacing with 70’ loading bays, and the ability to fully secure the truck courts on both buildings.

The Mercantile Logistics Station project team includes Bob Moore Construction, Ware Malcomb Architects and Westwood Engineering.
