Vector Media Relocates to Rudin’s 845 Third Avenue
Vector Media has leased a new office space at 845 Third Avenue with Rudin Management. The seven-year, three-month lease includes brand-new, pre-built space on the 14th floor of the building.
The Emory Roth & Sons-designed building, situated between 51st and 52nd streets, is known for its well-lit workspaces and efficient layouts. Vector Media, one of the nation’s largest “out-of-home” media companies, is expected to move from its current offices in another Rudin Building at 560 Lexington Avenue to the new location in the fourth quarter of 2023.
Gregg Cohen and Nicholas B. Markel of Cresa arranged the lease. The landlord, Rudin Management, was represented in-house by Robert Steinman. Vector Media is anticipated to relocate from its offices in another Rudin Building at 560 Lexington Avenue during the fourth quarter 2023. Asking rents at 845 Third Avenue are in the $60s/psf.
