VaynerMedia Takes The Point for 43K SF

VaynerMedia has signed a lease to locate its new studio production house at The Point in Long Island City.

The new tenant will fill 43,000 square feet in the 220,000 square foot Blanchard Building at 2110 51st Ave. The seven-story building is one of two marquee buildings at The Point, a new commercial and retail community owned by Related Fund Management and GreenOak Real Estate.

β€œIt’s a great space, and will be easy for my team to get to and from VaynerMedia’s Hudson Yards headquarters,” said Gary Vaynerchuk, CEO of VaynerMedia.

The second building at The Point, the 130,000-square-foot Paragon Building, is directly above a station of the No. 7 subway line, which runs directly to the sprawling Hudson Yards development in Manhattan.
