VAuto Renews, Expands at Campus at Arboretum

VAuto renewed and expanded into a total of 50,770 square feet at Austin’s Campus at Arboretum, Buildings I and II. VAuto, which provides technology for car dealerships nationwide, signed the new agreement with the landlord, a partnership between Vanderbilt Partners and True North Management Group LLC.

Eric Ross, Nate Stricklen and Kelly Woodruff of CBRE represented VAuto. Chad Barrett, Bethany Perez and Kaylee Aune with AQUILA Commercial represented the landlord. The buildings are situated at 10415 Morado Circle on Austin’s far north side. Other buildings at the Campus at Arboretum include Building IV (10815 Jollyville Rd. and Building V (10431 Morado Circle), which delivered between 1986 and 2000. The current ownership acquired the asset from DivcoWest in 2017, following renovations.
