VAuto Expands to 56K SF at Campus at Arboretum

VAuto Inc. leased an additional 5,114 square feet at The Campus at Arboretum, bringing the total amount of space occupied to 55,884 square feet. The tenant expanded its space at 10415 Morado Circle; the three-building office property stands at 99% occupancy.

Eric Ross, Nate Stricklen and Kelly Woodruff of CBRE represented VAuto, and Chad Barrett, Bethany Perez and Kaylee Aune with AQUILA Commercial represented the landlord, Starwood Capital Group and Vanderbilt Partners, in the transaction. The tenant provides technology for car dealerships across the country.

The Campus at Arboretum totals 318,000 square feet. In addition to picnic areas with wi-fi and water features, the campus (which underwent recent renovations) includes a fitness facility with showers and locker rooms, an executive conference center, and volleyball and basketball courts.
