Varagon Capital Partners Moves to 299 Park Ave.
The office space at 299 Park Ave. is now 90% leased. Varagon Capital Partners has signed a lease for 28,316 square feet of space at 299 Park Ave. The asset management firm will move from its current offices at 488 Madison Ave. to fill the third floor of 299 Park by the end of 2017.
Earlier this fall, nearly a quarter of the space at the tower was available for lease, including future availabilities. Fisher Brothers is set to initiate a major capital improvement program at the iconic Plaza District tower in early 2018.
Designed by Emery Roth & Sons and built by Fisher Brothers, 299 Park Avenue is a 42-story, 1.2-million-square-foot office tower which opened in 1967.
CBRE’s Leo Paytas and Conor Denihan represented Varagon. Fisher Brothers was represented in-house by Marc Packman and Clark Briffel, as well as by David Falk, Peter Shimkin, Andrew Sachs, Eric Cagner, and Andrew Peretz of NKF.
