VapeWild Expands Operations in Addison

VapeWild, an e-juice manufacturer and electronic cigarette hardware distributor, leased 62,289 square feet in the Dallas suburb of Addison, TX. The tenant, formerly known as Wolfpack Wholesale, launched its 850-square-foot Dallas-area facility in 2013, expanded to 20,765 square feet, and continued growing to its current size.

Chad Albert with NAI Robert Lynn represented the tenant in the transaction at 4550 Excel Pkwy. The space is owned by Dallas-based Luzzatto Excel LLC. “We toured multiple facilities in Addison and Plano, but the option to expand their footprint at their current location was the best suitable long-term approach for their business,” Albert said.

Approximately half of the new space will be dedicated to offices for the growing customer relations department, while the other half will encompass warehouse space for manufacturing and distribution. The expansion is set for completion in July 2018.
