VanTrust Real Estate Fully Leases Industrial Buildings in Columbus

VanTrust Real Estate has fully leased the first of two speculative industrial buildings at Alkire Road and Norton Roads, adjacent to Bolton Field, in Columbus, Ohio.

York Wallcoverings, Inc. has leased 144,694 square feet of space. Sage Sustainable Logistics LLC has leased 101,485 square feet. Both companies executed leases in the third quarter of 2025 and are expected to take occupancy in early 2026. A Columbus-based professional electronics supply company occupies the remaining 86,350 square feet. RED Architecture designed the Bolton Field building, and Pepper Construction served as the general contractor.

“Demand for well-located industrial space in the Columbus market remains steady, and Bolton Field continues to attract users seeking access to the I-270 loop and the region’s workforce,” said Anna Brown, development manager at VanTrust. “We are pleased to have Bolton One fully leased and look forward to delivering a second speculative building on the site.”
