VanTrust Launches New Sci + Tech Division, Adds Three Executives

VanTrust Real Estate, LLC has created a new national division designed to match real estate expertise and capital resources with public and private sector clients in the life sciences, R&D, biotech, pharmaceutical and technology industries. VanTrust Science + Technology will be a real estate investment and development division deploying strategies for clients in these cutting-edge sectors.

Rich Muller

Executive Vice President Rich Muller, a founding member of VanTrust, will lead the firm’s national expansion into the science and technology space. VanTrust Development Services veterans Jeff Turk and Ryan Lidke will provide design and construction oversight for this new division.

Scott Hall


Additionally, two Kansas City-based executives, Scott Hall and Lori Top, join VanTrust as vice presidents.

Hall is a seasoned economic and community development professional with a wealth of industry knowledge, and nearly a decade of experience at the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce.


Lori Top

Top is a design and construction executive with more than 25 years of experience, including nearly 14 years as a Principal at Burns & McDonnell, managing complex projects incorporating innovative technology.
