VanTrust Launches 1M-SF Industrial Project in Columbus MSA

VanTrust Real Estate announced the launch of Park 762, with building I, a 1,082,578-square-foot speculative industrial development in the Rickenbacker submarket of Columbus MSA.

Located along State Route 762 in Lockbourne, Ohio, the development sits within a 286-acre master-planned industrial park with immediate access to the Rickenbacker Global Logistics Park. The site is less than one-half mile from the intersection of SR 762 and U.S. Route 23, where a planned full interchange will further enhance regional connectivity.

Designed as a cross-docked, Class A distribution facility, Park 762 building I will feature a 40-foot clear height, approximately 2,500 square feet of speculative office, 100 dock doors and four drive-in doors. The project team includes Red Architecture as the architect and Pepper Construction as the general contractor. Jeff Lyons and team at CBRE are leading leasing efforts.

Positioned within the 87-million-square-foot Rickenbacker submarket, the project provides access to a highly efficient multi-modal logistics network, including Rickenbacker International Airport, the Norfolk Southern intermodal yard, and regional connectivity.
