VanTrust, DSV Begin Construction on Columbus Industrial Building
Commercial real estate developer VanTrust Real Estate and principals from DSV, a Denmark-based global leader in the transport and logistics industry, recently broke ground on a new industrial building at New Albany Tech Park.
The 1.2 million-square-foot building will be DSV’s largest structure in North America. DSV will serve as a supplier for Intel, which is building a $20 billion semiconductor campus in New Albany.
The park sits on approximately 500 acres within the New Albany International Business Park, and the build-to-suit DSV warehouse is the first of multiple projects anticipated at New Albany Tech Park.
Spanning more than 9,000 acres, The New Albany International Business Park is one of the largest business parks in the country and has attracted over $6 billion in private investment.
“This is an exciting project and an important day for VanTrust, DSV and the central Ohio community,” said Andy Weeks, EVP at VanTrust.
